I will sometimes be called to incorporate Aromatherapy,Reflexology and MediCuppingTM during a session. It is the clients’ responsibility to let me know if they have allergies or are sensitive to certain smells.

 

Payment 

Payment is due at the time of service. Cash, check or credit cards are accepted.

 

Scheduling Appointments

To schedule your appointment contact me by text message 919-307-6141 or email: massageclaire80@gmail.com.

 

Please understand that your appointment time is specifically set aside for you. Please show up at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time so that you may begin the relaxation process and we may start the session promptly at its scheduled time. Please make childcare arrangements to ensure for a relaxing massage environment for you and other guests. 

 

Please fill out the Health History and Informed Consent form prior to your arrival or arrive at least 15 minutes ahead of time to do so. This will be emailed to you upon request or filled out at first appointment. This is required for your first session.

 

Cancellations

Your appointment time is allotted for just you. If you are unable to attend the appointment you must notify the therapist at least 24 hours in advance. You will be charged 50% of the treatment fee for any appointment cancelled with in the 24 hours. A bill will be sent via email.

 

Other Policies

If at any time you feel uncomfortable please let your therapist know. This will help aid the therapist in making your session the best for you. You have the right to terminate the session at anytime during the session. If the therapist feels uncomfortable they have the right to terminate the session at any time during the session. You may be charged for this session if deemed appropriate. 

 

Tipping is not required but certainly appreciated.

NEW GUIDELINES

  • When you enter my space, please remove your shoes at the bottom of the stairs.

  • Please immediately wash your hands in the bathroom and use a fresh towel provided to dry.

  • During our initial intake social distancing will be observed.

  • Hand sanitizer will be provided.

  • There will be sanitized areas for all personal items.

  • As always I will be washing my hands both before and after each session.

  • A MASK IS REQUIRED while face up during your massage. If you do not have one, I will provide a clean one for the session. A covid catcher is provided while face down.

  • As always, once I am done working on your feet I will sanitize my hands.

  • I will be cleaning and sanitizing essential equipment between each client.

  • At the end of each day I will be cleaning and sanitizing all door knobs, light switches, hand rails, and other frequently touched surfaces throughout my space.

  • As always, clean sheets are provided for every client.

  • Likewise, my sheets are always washed in hot water with bleach to insure proper sanitation for each client.

  • My space is professionally cleaned every two weeks to ensure that everything is maintained at the highest standards.

 

NEW SICK POLICIES

  • If you or anyone in your family has a fever, vomiting, diarrhea, cough, cold, flu, upper respiratory symptoms, or other medical ailment within 48 hours of your appointment you are required to reschedule as soon as possible.

  • Likewise, if myself or anyone in my family is ill within 48 hours of your appointment, I will reschedule with you.

  • You will not be charged for any appointments due to illness.

  • When your appointment is confirmed, I will now also be confirming if everyone is healthy. Please be honest in your answer as this not only affects your appointment, but myself and the clients following you.

  • Please make me aware of any updates to your health during the appointment intake time.
